Introduction Guangdong Hongshen Shipbuilding & Engineering Co., Ltd. (HONGSHEN) is a wholly owned shipyard established and registered as foreign enterprise in the Guangdong Province of the People's Republic of China, founded since 1995.
Establishment of HONGSHEN is a strategy move by Wang Tak, to capitalize on the available resources within China as a manufacturing base. Wang Tak brought to the joint venture broad technical expertise and management skills; to supervise the technical quality and management the operation of HONGSHEN.
Since the formation of HONGSHEN 1995; key deliverables were :

Specialized vessels completed and delivered to various satisfied customers, to include operating departments of the HKSAR and commercial passenger ferry operators.

Specialized aluminium superstructure constructions completed and delivered to end users, to include other shipyards and vessel owners.

Fabrication of steel structure, structural components, pressure vessels for export to HKSAR.

Approved by the ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of PRC for export business.
Over the years HONGSHEN has established its reputation as a quality builder and expert in steel structure and aluminum fabrication; recognized by clients, classification societies and other peers within the shipbuilding industry.
